James Kilpatrick is the Managing Broker of Kilpatrick and Company Investment Real Estate Brokerage. His career began in 1998 with a major national firm specializing in investment property brokerage where he received numerous achievement awards and was an associate director of the multi-housing group. He has been involved in investment transactions of varying sizes and product types, but he specializes in San Francisco East Bay Area Multi-Family investments and Nationwide Net Leased properties. Broker's License: 01277022 James is a San Francisco Bay Area native and has experience as a Bay Area business and property owner. He has ownership experience with apartments, office, NNN retail, industrial, and restaurant properties. He participates extensively in local property owner organizations. Currently, he serves on the board of directors, is a regular contributing writer for the newsletter and is the president for the Berkeley Property Owners Association (BPOA). He also serves on the board of directors for the Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County (RHANAC) and contributes to their monthly publication. He is a member of the Rental Housing Owners Group (RHO), the Investment Marketing Forum (IMF), Northern California Regional Investment Forum, and Investment Property Marketing Group (IPMG). Mr. Kilpatrick regularly attends meetings of these organizations, in addition to other industry seminars and broker and investment forums.

Zach Evanish Vice President

Zach Evanish is the Vice President of Kilpatrick & Company. Since graduating from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga with a degree in Business Administration, Zach has worked exclusively in the Commercial Real Estate field. Zach worked for two years in a top commercial appraisal firm and has extensive knowledge concerning the various ways that properties are valued. Zach is an active member of the Contra Costa County Sector of the California Apartment Association where he is a Board Member and the Chair of the Industry Partner Committee. Zach regularly attends City Planning and Land Use meetings. |

Don Holm is an Investment Associate at Kilpatrick & Company bringing more than 20 years of national and international business management experience. From startup venture capital finance to land development Don understands the due diligence required on each transaction. He has owned businesses in the wine and waste industries, and continues to own a vineyard in Sonoma County.

Grant Chappell Investment Sales Associate

Grant Chappell is an Investment Sales Associate at Kilpatrick & Company. After graduating from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish, Grant has worked exclusively in Real Estate. Before joining Kilpatrick and Company, Grant worked for one year at Wells Fargo's San Leandro Office specializing in purchase and refinance mortgages and equity lines of credit. This experience provided him a firm understanding of Escrow Management, Real Estate Finance and Property Values, and the customs and legislation of Alameda County. Grant currently serves on the Board of Directors for RHA, the RCPC Land Use Committee and is a member of Lead 21. Since joining Kilpatrick & Company, Grant has been involved in over 20 transactions involving Multi-Family, Mixed use, Retail, Office, and Industrial investment properties. He specializes in East Bay Multi Family investment properties.

Jason Keith's real estate career began in 2005, and his work ethic and attention
to detail quickly attracted the attention of a leading San Francisco apartment
building broker. In that environment, Keith quickly became one of the area's
foremost experts on the valuation and sale of San Francisco apartment buildings. Jason is married, and shares his house with his adorable daughter, handsome son, a springer spaniel, and a cat named Angus. A sports fan, he enjoys playing softball, chess, and (occasionally) golf.

Dave Domantas is an Investment Sales Associate at Kilpatrick and Company bringing over sixteen years of commercial real estate exposure including; commercial property management, leasing, and tenant improvement negotiations, budgets, and oversight; commercial property accounting including preparation of monthly financial statements, operating and construction budgets, variance to budget reports, CAM reconciliations, and cash flow analysis; and identifying, assembling and subdividing developable parcels of commercially zoned properties in order to bring the most value to its owner. Dave has worked and/or lived in Marin County since 1996 and spent four of those years managing the family estate of a Marin-based commercial property developer/restaurateur where he was hired to manage and make buy/sell/exchange recommendations and preparations on over one hundred million dollars of commercial real estate. Dave has been in commercial and multi-residential real estate sales for over seven years and has been involved in over 55 transactions involving Multi-Family and Retail investment properties. He has assisted property owners with the facilitation of over thirty 1031 Tax Deferred and Reverse Exchanges. He specializes in Marin, Sonoma, and Napa County Multi-Residential and Retail investment properties. Dave spent over eight years as an active member of the Rental Housing Association of Sacramento Valley and two years as President of the Ashcroft Village Owner’s Association in Sacramento.
