Senior Investment Real Estate Sales Associate

Candidates for this position must be hard working, achievement-oriented and possess a strong desire to succeed. Computer literacy, a competitive edge, and high motivation required. Bachelor Degree or better is required with strong and proven sales work. We will give special consideration for 5+ years of real estate experience. Candidates must be self-motivated, tenacious, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid problem solving abilities. The best are accomplishment driven; consistently setting and achieving high goals. Responsibilities will vary, but will include market research, business development, client communications, and participation in all aspects of brokering real estate investment properties. Compensation: First Year Potential of $100K Plus. Commissions commensurate with experience.

Investment Real Estate Sales Associate

Sales experience/Real Estate license a plus but not mandatory. This position allows the chosen candidate to gain valuable training on the job. Responsibilities will vary, but will include market research, business development, client communications, and participation in all aspects of brokering real estate investment properties. The position will offer the potential for increased responsibilities and compensation as a licensed Sales Agent.

Sales Assistant

Seeking highly organized, professional, computer literate sales assistant. Candidates for this position will take on both administrative and marketing tasks that include updating property database and company websites, producing complex mail merges, managing current escrows from open to close, and creating property brochures/advertisements.  


Experience Required:

-Bachelor's Degree or higher -Good writing skills
-Marketing/Advertising skills
-Must be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Professional demeanor and appearance
-Interest in the Commercial Real Estate Market

Transaction Coordinator

The position will provide a great opportunity to learn the commercial real estate business and is ideal for someone ready to invest in an investment real estate career or accelerate and expand existing knowledge. Compensation will be monthly salary with potential to move on to a full time sales position where six figure incomes are common, with 2-4 year potential expected to be in the $300,000+ range.

Candidates for this position must be extremely hard working and achievement-oriented. Computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Windows) and comfortable navigating various websites and portals and to be able to work quickly and efficiently required.  Candidates should have basic photo editing knowledge and basic graphic design to create postcards, flyers and post internet ads. Real Estate experience preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, extremely optimistic, tenacious, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid problem solving abilities. Responsibilities will vary, but will include preparing property flyers and other marketing, advertising materials.  Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, email, filing, maintain client data base, prepare folders and labels.  Follow up on assignment and make sure deadlines are met.

Investment Real Estate Sales - Intern

Investment Real Estate Loan Advisor

Candidates for this position must be hard working and achievement-oriented with a competitive edge and a strong desire to succeed. The ability to work well with a mentor, but with minimal day-to-day supervision is a must. Candidates should have high motivation, solid computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Training provided, but either real estate experience, sales or loans experience is a major plus.  Responsibilities will vary, but will include originating, underwriting and closing investment loans for Kilpatrick & Company’s agents and their clients, as well as other investors and source commercial loans in their local markets on a direct basis with clients.  After an initial training period, an advisor will be adept in underwriting multi-family and commercial loans and will have a good understanding of local and regional lenders and their loan programs.  An advisor applicant can expect an immediate and consistent volume of referrals and leads from a producing office of real estate agents all specializing in investment real estate transactions.
